There is also an exuberant wisteria on the south side of the main house, numerous mature roses, an annual display of blue irises and a high surrounding laurel hedge. You are welcome to help yourselves to herbs for cooking and fruit when in season.

THE GARDEN AND POOL
The garden (1,700 sq metres) is walled and totally private with electric gates at both the front and the rear and secure off road parking for up to four cars. There are a range of fruit and nut trees including peach, apricot, nectarine, apples, banana, pear, walnuts and almonds.
